Catsup Bottle
Concert is a Monumental Event
It was the first ever "Concert at the
Catsup Bottle" and it was a lot of fun! The saucey sounds of Cow Bop filled the air Sunday
afternoon, October 9, 2005.
All the way from Carmel Valley, California, Bruce Forman, Pinto Pammy,
Dave Jackson, & Mike McKinley, played their authentic cowboy/jazz
western/swing music at the base of the Brooks catsup bottle water tower
in Collinsville, Illinois. Afterward the good times moved to the Oatman House Restaurant
for a back patio barbeque.
Cow Bop frontman Bruce
Forman, a.k.a. Cowboy Bob, is known for his guitar work in the Academy
Award-winning movie "Million Dollar Baby."
The band's "Route 66 Challenge Tour" is to raise awareness and support
for its nonprofit music mentoring program for kids, JazzMasters Workshop.
