Route 66 Challenge 2008! Cow
Bop will be playing at Stagger Inn
in Edwardsville, Illinois, on Wednesday, May 14, 2008. Y'all come out
and join us!
It was a monumental occassion in October 2005 when all the way from Carmel Valley, California, Bruce Forman, Pinto Pammy, Dave Jackson, & Mike McKinley, played their authentic cowboy/jazz western/swing music at the base of the Brooks catsup bottle water tower in Collinsville, Illinois. Cow Bop is again hitting the road to promote its new CD, "Route 66", and JazzMastersWorkshop. They'll be in the area Wednesday, May 14. We're in the process of setting up their appearance. Check back soon, or get on our mailing list so you don't miss it! Take a look at our photo gallery from 2005. It was a be-boppin' good time! Cow Bop frontman Bruce Forman is known for his guitar work in the Academy Award-winning movie "Million Dollar Baby." The band's "Route 66 Challenge Tour 2008" is to raise awareness and support for its nonprofit music mentoring program for kids, JazzMasters Workshop.
